Therapeutic massage combines the flowing, intuitive strokes of lomi lomi with deep tissue, acupressure, cranial sacral and reflexology. In combination, these techniques addresses stress, pain, immobility, and energy blockages.

Rosen Method bodywork (RMB) is a holistic therapy that treats body and mind simultaneously, addressing muscle tension as the physical manifestation of inner experience and emotional blockage. Sharing benefits with both psychotherapy and massage, RMB is uniquely therapeutic in it’s combining of reflective, inquisitive dialogue with gentle touch.

Couples Massage Classes are custom-designed according to your unique needs and curiosities. Classes provide participants with new skills to relieve tension and pain, deepen communication and sensuality, and develop a more embodied self-awareness. Most often enjoyed by romantic couples, classes are open to platonic pairs as well.

Parent-Baby massage classes are offered in a 5-part series. In this series parents practice on their own babies, while a doll is used to demonstrate each technique. Each class is focused on a specific area of the body, incorporating massage technique, developmental stage, and baby's mental / emotional state.
